“Burtch Works works with us to understand the full range of skills we need – technical, communication and collaboration – to ensure they are identifying people who will succeed and thrive working at our company”

“Burtch Works has always been a true partner in our recruiting efforts, and operates as an extension of our Talent Acquisition team. As HR is stretched more and more thinly, having a reliable recruiting partner that truly knows our business and niche place in the industry is invaluable. ”

“I reached out to Burtch Works for assistance on high priority, difficult to fill roles. Not only were they able to deliver qualified candidates quickly, they kept me informed on the candidates’ timelines and provided white glove treatment to all involved.”
